Fellowship Secretary Positions
We always have need for trusted servants to secretary our meetings. Available opportunities are posted on the small white board to the left of the secretary table. This opportunity has a minimum of 6 months continuous sobriety requirement. The term of duty is 6 months for an individual secretary and 1 year combined for co-secretaries.
Coffee Commitments
Our members appreciate coffee. Someone needs to make it — perhaps it could be you? This per-meeting commitment is a great way to be involved in service regardless of your sobriety time. To take on this role, just ask a secretary if they need someone to help with coffee before the meeting, and you can become the wonderful person who ensures that there is coffee.
Fellowship Steering Committee
Many service opportunities are frequently available. Please attend our next Steering Committee meeting held on the 2nd Saturday of every month at 8:15 AM on Zoom or in person at the fellowship. Most positions expect a 2y continuous sobriety requirement, and demonstrated involvement within the fellowship. Titles for the various roles that rotate (2-year commitment) are:

- Fellowship Archivist
- General Service Representative
- Grapevine Representative
- IT Coordinator
- Literature Representative
- Phone List Coordinator
- Secretary Coordinator
- Steering Committee Chair
- Steering Committee Recording Secretary
